Shipping Policy

At Sirukai, we are committed to delivering authentic South Indian snacks and sweets with freshness, quality, and care across the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

Site banner at crawl time: Free shipping within NJ on orders over $20; free shipping to all other states on orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sirukai.com along with your order number and clear photos of the product and package.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Sirukai does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if: you receive the wrong product; your order arrives damaged during transit; the product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
